Return Policy
1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the receipt of the artwork.
2. To qualify for a return, the artwork must be either damaged upon arrival or if the buyer is dissatisfied with the piece.
3. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the artwork.
4. A restocking or handling fee of 10% will be applied to all returns.
5. Customers may choose to receive a refund, exchange the artwork, or accept store credit.
6. To initiate a return request, customers must contact me by filling out the contact form on the website.
7. Commissioned artwork is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
8. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately to discuss the issue.
9. Returns must be shipped back using the original packaging to ensure the artwork is protected during transit.
10. All returned artwork will be inspected upon receipt before any refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.
11. The artist may request photographic evidence of the artwork’s condition prior to approving a return.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. The refund process will begin after the returned artwork has been inspected and approved, typically taking up to 14 business days to complete.
